All products have a 30-day unconditional money-back guarantee. For products that require installation by Surpha, your credit card will not be charged until installation is complete. However, sufficient funds may be reserved on your credit card to cover order total. Service is delivered and maintained up to the Ethernet port we install. You are responsible for operation and maintenance of your equipment.

Premise equipment ownership typically falls into three categories: 1) Provided, owned and maintained by Surpha (preferred); 2) Provided by Surpha but owned and maintained by the client; and 3) Provided, owned and maintained by the client. Surpha normally retains ownership of all premise equipment it installs, and provides maintenance for that equipment. If you choose a product where the premise equipment is owned by the client, you waive Surpha’s maintenance responsibility and assume all maintenance responsibility yourself.
